State Team

Queensland sends a team to the Australian Championships in August every year, competing against Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania, with venues alternating between states.

The team consists of 52 adults and 4 juniors. Events are Ladies and Gents Singles, Ladies, Gents and Mixed Pairs, Ladies and Gents Triples, Ladies, Gents and Mixed Fours, Junior Girl and Boy Singles.

The Australian Body selects a team from nominees from the 5 states. This team competes against New Zealand every 2 years, with venues alternating between Australia and New Zealand.
